This web site is designed to introduce the surfer to the world of the work of Richard Hill, contemporary British composer.

The best way to use this web site is to navigate around the left hand menu bar using the orange buttons provided. By clicking on the pictures in the Rime of the Ancient Mariner pages, you will bring-up MP3 sound samples of the work. There are other sound samples on the Symphony of Jazz and Images from Kubla Khan pages, all clearly marked.

Our MP3 samples are designed to playback on Winamp/RealPlayer/Windows Media Player and QuickTime Player. Each sample is separately listed in our archive section.

If you do not have Windows Media Player or a QuickTime Player you may wish to download a Free Real Player or Free Winamp Player to play back the MP3 samples. You can download them by clicking the links below:

Winamp Player (Choose the 5.6mb Free Download at the bottom of the 'FULL' column).
